These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SupaTools.AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SupaTools.AI provides free online utilities for working with images, and over time audio, video, and text. Most tools run entirely in your browser: your files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless a specific tool clearly states otherwise.

The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the files you process and the results you produce.

3. Accounts

The free tools do not require an account. If we offer optional sign-in (for example, via Google), you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will meet your requirements. Always keep a backup of your original files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaTools.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or files, arising from your use of the Service.
